Dawn McBratney is a senior operator whose career spans more than 25 years across financial services, enterprise SaaS, and FinTech. She has held leadership accountability across GTM strategy, revenue growth, customer success, and strategic alliances—building and scaling partnership ecosystems at Computer Associates, Actimize, and Yodlee, where she contributed to growing the platform into a recognized Open Banking leader.
Her engagement with data strategy began in 2014, working alongside wealth management firms to pioneer data-driven use cases at a time when the category was still being defined. Over the past ten months, she has deliberately applied AI to the operating frameworks she has spent decades refining—bringing AI-enabled intelligence to the sales playbooks, revenue management systems, product strategy, and client success models she has lived through as a practitioner. The result is not a technology perspective on business problems, but an operator’s perspective on where AI creates genuine leverage.
